The most common way to take oil is sublingually. Most oils come with a dropper that you use to place a few drops of the oil beneath your tongue. Some people don’t like the taste of these oil though, as it is quite earthy. It is possible to cook with this oil. If this is the case, you can’t cook with it in the same way as you would vegetable oils, as it has a lower evaporation point. However, you can drip some of it into your sauces, drinks, or other foods.
